How long is the exam, and how do I pass?
The exam has 198 questions across all 24 units. Score at least 75% (149 of 198 correct) to pass. You have up to three attempts. Credit is awarded for the whole course only.
What do I need for California CRT renewal?
California CRTs need 24 eligible CE credits in the two years before renewal, including 4 in digital radiography. Fluoroscopy permit holders also need 4 in fluoroscopy radiation safety. Both topics are included here. Read the California renewal guide for topic eligibility, mammography, and renewal steps.
Does this cover every California requirement or CQR?
This course includes 4 credits in Digital Radiography and 4 in Fluoroscopy Radiation Safety. California counts only eligible X-ray-related content; a full 24-credit California allocation for this course has not been established. Mammography credits are not included. CQR and structured-education credit require a separate ARRT content match, which this course does not currently claim.
